Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice for faster processing.
Handover to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; simply hand over the package to our logistics partner and collect your pickup receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
